i really love living in los angeles, i can’t really picture myself moving anytime soon (or maybe ever!). it’s so fun to travel to different cities but coming home is always great because this city is so familiar and comforting to me (i’ve lived here 9 years now.) i love having visitors in town and showing them all of the hidden gems. there are certain local places that just get skipped when you visit a new city, unless you have the inside scoop. that’s why i love what jessica and krissy are doing with their show . they’re traveling to eight cities across america and giving everyone the inside scoop on the local faves.
i took part in the LA episode and we went to one of my favorite little shops, . the owner, whitney, has great taste and stocks both vintage and new. it’s not far from where i live. i love wondering in on a saturday and checking out her finds.
you can watch the whole episode below. which also features some other fun LA spots (one that i didn’t even know about!). check it out!

tulum? WOW. seriously, wow. i have been to mexico quite a few times but this time was really special. a few months ago, 3 friends and I decided to take a girls only trip. we all find so much inspiration from travel, and wanted to just take a few days to recharge and feed off of each other’s creative energy. it was one of those hilarious & memorable short trips that i probably will never forget. here’s what we were able to do in the three days we were there, in case you are planning a trip… (ps, are supposed to be amazing, we just didn’t make it due to time)
LOVE YOU , & !
