WEEKEND AT HOME / 104

i’m obsessed with beauty and skincare products. i have so many that it can be overwhelming and i overlook products that i should be using regularly. i just reorganized my beauty shelves in my bathroom, and it’s making life so much easier to reach and grab what i’m looking for. each shelf or section on the shelf has a purpose now: hair products, skincare products, accessories, and jewelry. i’m so inspired by these pretty shelves. get inspired with me, and shop some beauty shelf organization essentials below!

WEEKEND AT HOME / 103

natural elements are giving me lots of inspiration lately–think rattan, wicker, cane-backed chairs. there’s something so natural about rattan. i love how it feels like you’re bringing a bit of nature indoors. i’ve been wanting to design a room of all neutrals and light birch wood furniture, and rattan is definitely going to make an appearance. for now, i’m ogling these lovely rattan pieces! how adorable is that daisy chair? what do you think of rattan? get inspired with me, and shop the look below!

WEEKEND AT HOME / 102

lately, yellow is taking over my color palette. it’s such a vibrant accent color, and i love how bold of a contrast it lends a space. there’s an overwhelming number of colors yellow works with navy, blush, white, and blackbut my favorite pairing is blush pink with mustard yellow. i’m eyeing so many mustard duvets at the moment and would love to refresh my space with one. rather than a ton of yellow, i prefer subtle ochre textiles as a lovely way to add the pop of yellow to a spacethink mustard hued linens and velvets alongside neutrals. what do you think about adding a bit of yellow to your space?

WEEKEND AT HOME / 101

oversized art is having a moment, and i’m all about it. talk about a bold way to fill your wall space. i love huge pieces of art with a minimal frame, or even no frame to really keep your eye on the art. oversized art really makes a statement and completes a space. hang them low for a bold look, right above furniture or just above the floor. what do you think of the oversized art look?

WEEKEND AT HOME / 100

there’s something so charming about built in bookshelves. they make the ceiling rise high, add architectural detail, and give the room a break from traditional wall decor. sure, you can buy stand alone a book shelf, but there’s something so lovely about a bookshelf that’s built in as a part of the room. if you’re lucky enough to have built in bookshelves in your space, style them in an inspired way this weekend. here are some built-in’s i’m eying right now (and envying). happy decorating this weekend!
