    I would make a lot of that food on their recipe page. Your Ginger Carrot Soups looks delicious. I think it could be good without the onion and garlic.I can’ eat them because I’m allergic. I love the copper color vitamix. I love copper color all kinds of things and I love healthy homemade food.

    I bought a Vitamix for my daughter for her wedding.
    She uses it every day to make her morning Greek yogurt and fruit smoothie. Both Kate and her husband are professional chefs and they report using their Vitamix for soups and sauces and puréed, etc

    I would love a copper vitamix. I have a new juicing detox book and I would love to adapt some of the recipes in the book to Vitamix recipes. Also want to try making a cheesecake using cookies from the U.K. as a base. Sure it would be awesome!
