    My moms White Chicken Chili for cozy warm winter eats!

    White Chili

    from the kitchen of Cindy Beasley

    Bake 3 boneless chicken breast halves in olive oil. Cut into small pieces.

    Chop and sauté in olive oil until tender:

    1 medium onion

    2 cloves crushed garlic

    Boil in 1 can of chicken broth (about 5 minutes):

    Sautéed vegetables

    2 cans great northern beans

    1 7 ounce can green chilies

    ½ teaspoon cumin

    ½ teaspoon oregano

    pepper

    Add chicken and boil another 2 minutes

    Add 3 ounces cream cheese, stir to melt

    Add chopped avocado

    Serve with white cheddar garnish and tortilla chips

    Aw, I love this giveaway! I would love to win it for my sister. She and her husband never had a chance for a proper wedding and bridal shower.
